He has almost 20 years of experience in using Natural Church Development, first as a parish minister, and then in the Brisbane Anglican Diocese project, which saw significant, measurable improvement in the health and growth potential of many local churches (30% of Diocese).

This consultancy program will operate over 4 years, with training workshops, coaching of parishes, training of NCD facilitators, Diocesan Strategic reports, and monthly leadership consultations
